Balcony doors combine the function of a tilt-turn window with a thermally broken threshold. They are commonly used for convenient terrace or balcony access. In most cases they are locked from the inside only and can be opened with a push from the outside when unlocked. Alternatively, they can be equipped with additional locking on the exterior.
