What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone to join our small team of ambitious software developers for long-term. Most of the team members are located in Bulgaria and working remotely for many years.

1. Personal:

– Desire for personal and technical development
– Responsible and product driven thinking
– Teamwork skills (productive discussions etc.)
– Deep analysis of logical problems and logical thinking
– Socially responsible behavior
– Fluency in speaking + writing English

2. Technical requirements:

– Great knowledge of PHP, including modern features – including Dependency Injection, functional and object oriented techniques
– Familiarity with at least one PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter)
– Javascript (including AJAX, jQuery)
– SQL or any relational database technology
– Linux and CLI tools – including `git`
– Unit testing

3. Optional but loved skills:

– Interest / Passion in DevOps, CI and CD. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform – and the whole modern containerization stack
– Interest / Passion in working our our React Native apps – experience in React.
– German language

Interview process:

2. We invite you for a video call to talk about personal and technical topics
3. You receive a small coding challenge to assess your technical skills
4. We meet for a final video call to discuss the challenge and make a job offer
